Family Billing and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Family subscriptions are sold by Inteva AI Technologies LLC and paid by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. Schools are billed under their own agreements; see the Refund Policy.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown on the pricing page in UAE dirhams (AED) or US dollars (USD), monthly or annually. They do not include VAT, which is calculated at checkout and shown on every invoice. The currency you first pay in stays the currency of your subscription.

3. Free trial

Where a plan offers a free trial, you are not charged during it. When it ends, the subscription starts and your card is charged automatically unless you cancel before then. One free trial per person.

4. Renewal and extra children

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year. Adding an extra child changes the price from that day, with the difference for the rest of the period charged or credited proportionally.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your family area. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then ends; it is not renewed.

6. Refunds

We refund, in full or in part, when:

• you were charged twice or the wrong amount;
• the service was unavailable for a long period;
• you ask within 14 days of a first annual payment and have hardly used the service.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we email the billing owner and try again. If it still fails after a short grace period, the children cannot sign in to the family account until the payment is made. Nothing is deleted.

8. Changes to prices

We tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. Questions or refund requests: info@inteva.ai.
