Family Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Inteva AI Technologies LLC when you create a family account on Amana AI. By creating the account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of every child you add.

If you also use Amana AI through a school, the school’s own agreement covers that part; these terms cover only your family account.

2. Your account

You sign in with your own username or email and password. Keep them private. The account holder who started the subscription is the billing owner; a second guardian you invite can manage the children and the controls but not the payment.

3. Children’s accounts

You create each child’s account with a username and a password; a child never needs an email address. You may add up to the number of children your plan includes, plus any extra seats you buy, and never more than 10.

You agree to supervise your children’s use of Amana AI as suits their age, to set the controls in your family area, and to keep their passwords private. You can reset a child’s password and remove a child at any time.

4. Subscription

A family account is a paid subscription. Prices, the free trial and renewal are explained in the Family Billing and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You and your children must not use Amana AI to:

• break the law or harm anyone;
• try to get around its safety checks or the controls you set;
• share someone else’s personal information without their permission;
• resell or share access with people outside your family.

6. Linking with a school

A school may invite you to link your existing account as the parent of a child at that school. Nothing is linked unless you enter the code the school sends you while signed in. Once linked, what you see at the school is decided by the school’s rules, and the school never sees your family account.

7. AI answers

Answers are produced by AI models and can be wrong. They are not professional, medical or legal advice. Check important information with a reliable source.

8. Ending the account

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your family area. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When a subscription ends, children cannot sign in to the family account until it is renewed; data is kept and deleted as the Privacy Policy and the Children’s Privacy Notice describe.

9. Governing law
